10 x Floor Presses – Start at 95lbs and increase weight each set
10 x Weighted 4 Count Floor Wipers
Couplet Two – 5 Sets
10 x Dips (bar, ring or bench)
10 x Side to Side Bench Jumps
This program is a general fitness program working on a 5 day on, 2 day off cycle.
